Rev. Iver Martin spent twelve years in the semiconductor industry as a micro-electronics engineer and consultant. In 1992 he applied for pastoral ministry, and after graduating from the Free Church College (now Edinburgh Theological Seminary) in 1995, he spent 20 years as pastor in two Free Church of Scotland congregations. Rev. Martin was appointed Principal (President) of Edinburgh Theological Seminary in 2015. Mr. Martin and his wife Mairi have six children (one of whom lives in Lima, Peru) and eight grandchildren.
